For those who failed to cancel their bookings within the free cancellation period, a cancellation fee will apply according to the policy. If exception situation happens, accommodation fee will be refunded to guests after deduct the transaction fee. The natural disaster or other force majeure factors, such as typhoon:
1) Before the typhoon land-warning has been announced, the property will try to assist guest for an extension. For those who wish to cancel the reservation, the cancellation fee applies by following the cancellation policy.
2) After typhoon land-warning and the main transportation has announced suspended grounded, guests may choose to postpone or cancel their reservations. For those who choose to cancel their reservations, the accommodation fee will be refunded according to the above provisions.
A TWD 500 as deposit is needed per person to host when arrival. It will be returned after facility and room check upon check-out if there is no violation of accommodation policy.
Please note there will be an email sent to you after your reservation has been made and the day before your arrival. This email will contain important information and walking route maps. In order to help you have a convenient trip, please make sure you check the email before arriving.
Please get off at Jiufen Police Station bus stop when taking a bus; please contact the hostel upon arrival to get details of parking lot of our hostel when arriving in your own vehicles; please note that you cannot choose where to get off and will be dropped at the end of Jiufen Old Street and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the hostel when taking a shared taxi.
Smoking and alcohol are strictly訂房優惠大公開 not allowed on site.
Except the glass house and public areas of the main building (the white flat house with white tiles), food and drinks are prohibited at all other buildings. Drinking water is allowed. Please kindly contact
